Cancellation Policy

At WishMe Store, we understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at wishme.estore@gmail.com with your Order ID.
  • If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Cancellable Items

The following items are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable items
  • Products purchased during
  • special offers, clearance sales, or flash deals

Order Cancellation by WishMe Store

WishMe Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment verification issues
  • Delivery restrictions in certain locations

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

Important Note

If a cancellation request is made after dispatch, it will be treated as a return request and will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.
