  • Orders are processed only on working days (excluding Sundays and National/Public Holidays).

For certain products that are custom-made or sourced on demand, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A Tracking Number

Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹499/-. (Conditions Apply)

For orders below ₹499:

  1. Standard shipping charges may apply.
  2. Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Please note:

  1. Shipping may not be available in certain remote or restricted locations based on courier partner serviceability.
  2. In such cases, additional charges may apply at actual rates, or the order may be cancelled with prior intimation and full refund.
  3. No Free shipping offer applies to on Safety and Security Collections.


Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery timeline depends on the product type and delivery location.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Metro cities may receive faster delivery.
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  • Unexpected logistics delays

However, we do not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or transportation issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

We request customers to ensure that accurate shipping details are provided at checkout.


Undelivered Packages

If your package:

  • Does not arrive within the expected timeframe
  • Shows delivered but not received
  • Arrives damaged

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
