At WishMeStore.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return (only for eligible collections).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must be intact
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID / Receipt) is required

Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

The following collections are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the item is received damaged or incorrect:

  • Garden & Lawn Lights

  • School Supplies
  • Toys and Games
  • Security & Safety
  • Bathroom Essetials (Toileteries)
  • Print on Demand (Customised Product)
  • All Glass made Items
  • Lights and Candles in any form

No return, refund, or exchange requests will be entertained for the above categories.

 

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📩 wishme.estore@gmail.com
with clear images and order details.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund (if applicable).


Discounted / Sale Products

Products purchased under:

  • Any special discount
  • Clearance sale
  • Promotional offer
  • Combo offer

are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved:

  1. Return the eligible item.
  2. Once approved, place a new order separately.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about approval status.
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Important Note:

WishMeStore reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use
  • Tags are removed
  • Packaging is damaged
  • The request is raised after 3 days of delivery
  • The product falls under the Non-Returnable Collections.
