Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return (only for eligible collections).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must be intact
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (Order ID / Receipt) is required

Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

- Print on Demand (Customised Product)
- All Glass made Items
- Lights and Candles in any form
No return, refund, or exchange requests will be entertained for the above categories.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
Kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📩 wishme.estore@gmail.com
with clear images and order details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund (if applicable).
Discounted / Sale Products
Products purchased under:
- Any special discount
- Clearance sale
- Promotional offer
- Combo offer
are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect.
Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved:
- Return the eligible item.
- Once approved, place a new order separately.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified about approval status.
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Important Note:
WishMeStore reserves the right to refuse returns if:
- The product shows signs of use
- Tags are removed
- Packaging is damaged
- The request is raised after 3 days of delivery
- The product falls under the Non-Returnable Collections.
